By proceeding with this booking, you agree to the following operational terms established by WOG Creatives:

  • The project timeline commences only after the 35% advance payment has been successfully credited.
  • Advance payments are non-refundable once the conceptualization or design phase has begun.
  • Revisions are bound by the scope agreed upon in the selected tier. Additional revisions or structural changes outside the initial scope may incur supplementary charges.
  • WOG Creatives reserves the right to withhold final files, administrative access, and source codes until the 65% final payment is cleared in full.
